Location: your organisation or group must operate or provide services in Derbyshire.

Non-Profit: your organisation or group must be a registered charity, voluntary group, or community organisation.

Health and Wellbeing Focus: your organisation or group must provide services that improve the health or wellbeing of Derbyshire’s residents

Community Benefit: your services must directly benefit Derbyshire’s community.
