All Forums run 9.30am – 12.30pm, it is dependent upon Covid-19 guidelines at the time whether the Forums will be held online or in person.

Our next Derbyshire Voluntary Action Health & Social Care Voluntary Sector Forum is on Wednesday 11th May 2022, 9.30am – 12noon and will be held online via Zoom

The agenda includes:

DVA Project Updates – collaborative working
Updates from Feeling Connected & Social Prescribing
Introductions from new staff members Joanne Bowman, Young People’s Social Prescribing Manager, and James Starky, Feeling Connected Project Manager, who will also give a Feeling Connected project update.

Natalie Evans, Connect to… Link Worker, and Cassy Fitzharris, MSK Community Link Worker, will give an update on their specific areas of social prescribing work.

Three years of Community Chesterfield – a summary
A presentation from Jennifer Raschbauer, Community Chesterfield Manager, showcasing all the work that has been achieved over the last three years of the project. This will include a video featuring local groups sharing their experience of working with Community Chesterfield.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions following the presentation.

Mental Health Liaison Service
Rachel Bounds, Mental Health Liaison Worker, will give a project update

Living Well Case Studies, Amy Harris, Relate Chesterfield & North Derbyshire
There will be a chance to hear more about the Living Well work and how your groups members and experiences can help influence and promote the new Community Mental Health Framework in Chesterfield (and North East Derbyshire and Bolsover)

Whispering Trees
Tim Strutz, Therapeutic Support and Business Development Manager
Whispering Trees is a community interest organisation dedicated to maximising wellbeing through horticultural and animal care based activities.

Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) Alliance Update
Wynne Garnett, Programme Lead, Embedding the VCSE sector in the Integrated Care System
Update on the VCSE Alliance and voluntary sector engagement routes to ICS development.
