Derbyshire Voluntary Action is delighted to announce that applications are now open for our Health & Wellbeing Grants – supporting voluntary and community organisations to create real, grassroots change in their communities.
These small grants are designed to help you deliver local projects that improve health and wellbeing, reduce inequalities, and connect people through community-led initiatives. Whether you’re supporting mental health, tackling loneliness, promoting physical activity, or building community resilience – we want to hear from you.
What can you apply for?
We’re looking for innovative, inclusive, and impactful projects that make a difference to local people. Grants can be used for a wide range of activities, check out the full guidance here.
Who can apply?
Any voluntary, community or social enterprise group based in Chesterfield, Bolsover, or North East Derbyshire – big or small. We especially welcome applications from smaller, grassroots organisations who may not have applied for funding before.
Why apply?
Our Health & Wellbeing Grants are not just about funding – they’re about building strong, connected communities where everyone can thrive. With support from DVA, you’ll also have access to our network, advice and other tools to help your project grow.
