Please note: This funding round is for groups in the North East Derbyshire area only, as funding for Bolsover and Chesterfield has already been allocated.

Before completing this application form, please read the Guidelines to ensure your group is eligible and that your project or activity meets the criteria.

In addition to providing details about your group and the project/activity you are seeking funding for; you will also need to supply the following financial information:

•         Your group’s free (unrestricted) reserves
•         An itemised breakdown of costs for the proposed project/activity
•         Any match funding details
•         Your group’s bank account information

Please ensure all questions are fully answered, as incomplete applications may result in delays.

Closing Date: Applications will be assessed on a first-come, first served basis until all funds have been allocated.
