We know that there are many fantastic community hubs across Derbyshire which work hard to support and celebrate their community. Every hub is individual because it works so closely with the people in the area. This strength can also create isolation. Building this network will allow us to collaborate and learn from one another. There is an opportunity for hubs to connect and create a community of communities! This online space will support this.
