As you will be aware, we have recently been rolling out the Joy social prescribing platform in Derbyshire. The project has been gaining momentum and many practices and PCNs are now using the application and being supported through direct training and online support through the Joy team.
In 2023/24, the marketplace service directory is also widely available and can be used by anyone in Derbyshire regardless of whether the Joy case management system is being used in your area/PCN.
For the 2023/24 phase of the project, we will be sharing quarterly surveys which will provide an opportunity for current and potential users to give feedback.
We would love to extend the Joy contact beyond 2023/24 and in order to do this, we need to develop a business case showing the benefits. We would therefore welcome feedback (ie what works well/suggestions for improvement) from a range of stakeholders including users and those currently not using Joy. This feedback will be crucial in building the case to inform the outcomes and get agreement to extend the contract. It will also enable the team to look at any improvements that could be made to the application to meet users’ needs.
We would appreciate it if you could take the time to complete the survey. It will take approximately five minutes to complete. The closing date is Friday 4th August 2023 at 5.00pm.
If you know of others who are using Joy or who may wish to use Joy in the future, please feel free to forward the email to them and encourage them to complete the survey. We do not hold mailing lists for health and wellbeing coaches and care co-ordinators, so it would be particularly helpful if you could forward this email to them.
